Introduction: a thermosetting epoxy modified heavy-duty powder coatings specially designed for epoxy anti-corrosion coating steel, this product adopts imported two step method special epoxy, part functional epoxy, match up dedicated anticorrosive epoxy firming agent, unique compound design and practical by the authoritative department detection, has good reactivity, strong adhesion strength, good toughness and bending resistance, excellent chemical resistance, solvent resistance, cathodic disbonding resistance, impact resistance and other properties.

Notes:

1. Steel surface scale remove clean, reveal metal color; Steel surface roughness handling quality standard, appropriate for 50-70 - mm; Derusting grade level Sa2 1/2 (GB/T8923, no chloride attached on steel surface. Preheating: temperature should be controlled in 220-245 ℃.)

2. Product should be stored in ventilated, dry, indoor temperature below 27 ℃, away from heat, corrosive chemicals and chemical solvents, avoid bright light, the maximum stack height should not exceed 4 layers, avoid prolonged pressure, ensure airtight box. In case the clot and damp affects the fluidization performance.

3. As the product has high reactivity, it is recommended that storage period for 27 ℃ under 3 months for the best. Exceed shelf life, should be test its performance first.
